The year 2025 has been declared the Year of Vocational Professions in Kazakhstan, which is especially important for our industry. This year alone, the launch of new enterprises will require around 5,000 workers. Investments in plant modernisation are continuing in 2025, driven in part by increasing localisation. With the opening of new production facilities and related industries in the coming years, the demand for technically qualified workers will only grow. The development of the sector requires not only expanding production capacity but also building a strong system for preparing professionals capable of working with modern technologies and ensuring the global competitiveness of Kazakhstan’s automotive industry.”
