NEW CAR SALES IN SEPTEMBER

- Top 5 brands of September: Hyundai, Chevrolet, Kia, Toyota, and Chery.

According to data from the Kazakhstan Automobile Union (KAU), in September 2025, official dealers in Kazakhstan sold 18,357 new passenger and commercial vehicles, which is 2.4% more than in September of the previous year. In total, 161,584 units of vehicles were sold in the first nine months of 2025, representing a (+17.9%) increase year-on-year.
Anar Makasheva, President of Kazakhstan Automobile Union (KAU): “Sales in the third quarter of 2025 remain stable, and consumer demand continues to exceed last year’s level. Unfortunately, high market activity has also attracted fraudsters, we are seeing more cases where citizens purchase cars from abroad and fall victim to scams. We urge Kazakhstan’s citizens to be cautious and verify the legal status of vehicles before making a purchase. Official market players are offering customers attractive deals and seasonal discounts.”
